Your site needs hosting, security patches and a real person when something breaks. That's the Care Plan. It starts after handover and is required with every build.

Minimum 12 months, then monthly. Extra edits 150 SAR each. You still own the site outright — cancel and we hand over the files and help you move.

How long does it take?

Yes, and it's in writing on this page. The clock starts when we confirm your brief and your 50% deposit lands. Most Essential and Business sites go live earlier. If we're ever going to miss it, you'll know within the first two hours — not at hour 47.

What do I actually need to send you?

Whatever you have: your name, what you do, photos, a menu or price list, your logo if one exists. Missing pieces don't stop the build — we write the copy in both languages and can work with no photos at all.

What happens if I don't like it?

You get a free mockup before paying anything, so you already know the direction. After delivery you have seven days of revisions included. If we truly can't get it right in that window, you don't pay the second half.

Do I really own everything?

Everything. The code is handed to you, the domain is registered in your name from day one, and the hosting account is yours. If NEXA disappeared tomorrow, your site would not notice.

Is there any monthly cost?

Not to us, ever. Your only recurring cost is the domain — about 50 SAR a year, paid to the registrar, in your name. Hosting runs on a free tier we configure for you.

Do you write the Arabic copy?

We write it natively — not translated word-for-word from the English. Arabic readers get real Arabic: correct register, correct rhythm, correct typography, proper RTL layout on every screen.
